Contribute means people who provide social and economic real value for society and who impact with professional skills and business research-oriented minds in the world.
Contribution to the world – educating future business leaders who meet world standards that address contemporary challenges and the most pressing problems in order to bridge social and environmental gaps in the global arena. When we say world standards, we mean creative thinking, problem-solving skills, soft skills, project-based learning and the use of advanced technologies.

- Systematicity – the lecturer provides the future leaders with the ability to structure business tasks according to the difficulty level and divide harder skills into smaller parts, to examine the proper ways of posing the problem, to check alternatives, to make rational and agile decisions in a planned logical sequence.
- Professionalism – using pedagogic and scientific professionalism, the lecturer instills the future leaders with the ability to speak in a professional language in the field of business, widely uses scientific products and business-oriented “best practice” in the teaching process, contributes to the world by sharing knowledge, skills and experiences, and raises the reputation of the school.
- Accountability – In accordance with the standards provided in the structure of the school, all administrative and academic staff must be quarterly and annually reported for their administrative, scientific and personal behavior in front of the faculty.
Responsibility for personal conduct:
- All administrative employees and academic staff working in the school should be professional and their attitude should be professional at all times;
- Colleagues and professors should communicate within their activity framework. This cooperation should be based on healthy social interactions.
- All school administrators and faculty have the right to work in an environment free from intimidation, harassment, abuse, or discrimination. Unethical behavior, racial/ethnic insults must be reported to the dean immediately;
- The school promotes human values and multiculturalism, favors religious and ethnic tolerance;
- School Learning model (includes: class activity, case-based teaching, preparation of classroom environment and project works, as well as work in small groups, business games; development of critical thinking; analysis of specific cases; simulations; collective discussion; brainstorming; experience-based learning) depends on the professionalism of the academic staff and the activity of the students.
- The applications of administrative, academic staff and students should be accepted in the written form;
- If students with disabilities encounter difficulties, the dean should be informed.
- Respect for the diversity of opinions – UNEC Business School respects and understands the diversity of opinions of individuals who are different from their point of view in terms of age, gender, religion, economic background, political beliefs, culture, etc. In an environment of sound competition, significant respect for the diversity of individuals’ opinions can be more effective in the sustainable development of the faculty and in solving the social problems of the community.
